Call Transfer
A standard feature enabling you to transfer inbound and outbound calls around your internal extensions free of charge. External call transfers are chargeable at your standard call tariff.Music On Hold
IP Base provide a royality free track for your callers to hear whilst they are on hold or being transferred. Alternatively you can provide us with your own track to be played.Copyrighted Music On Hold
If you wish you are able to play copyrighted music (for example, chart hits) to your callers. IP Base can handle the application for your PRS and PPL licenses required to play copyrighted music.Call Queuing
Ideal for your Technical Support, Customer Services or Sales when there are not enough people available to take all calls at once IP Base can place your callers in a queue at network level. Whilst callers are queuing they can hear Music On Hold or perhaps targetted advertising and can be notified of their position in the queue and estimated hold time if desired. An unlimited number of callers can be held in a queue as this is not bandwidth dependent because callers are queued in our network.Voicemail Boxes with Remote Access
You can have an unlimited number of voicemail boxes allocated to your account. In collaboration with our dial plan script writers calls can be sent to the appropriate mailbox, each of which can have its own user customisable greeting message. All mailboxes can be accessed remotely via an 0845 access number.Call Recording
In addition to being a useful tool for training and dispute resolution, many organisations are now required by law to record all inbound and outbound calls. Our call recording package can store an unlimited volume of your calls, all of which are accessible 24/7 via our website.
